Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On February 21, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules amend Chapter VA 2, relating to veterans assistance grants. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 004-23, was approved by the Governor on January 5, 2023, published in Register No. 805A2 on January 9, 2023, and approved for implementation by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs on January 24, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
