TEXT OF RULE
SECTION 1. Med 24.01 (5) is repealed.
SECTION 2. Med 24.02 is repealed and recreated to read:
Med 24.02 Definition of telemedicine. In this chapter, “telemedicine” is analogous to “telehealth” which has the meaning given in s. 440.01 (1) (hm), Stats.
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. The rules adopted in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month following publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register, pursuant to s. 227.22 (2) (intro.), Stats.
