NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.136, Wis. Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a scope statement to create Tax 17; relating to innovation grant programs pursuant to 2023 Wisconsin Act 12.

The scope statement SS 030-24 is located on the legislature's administrative rules website.

Persons must register to attend the virtual hearing.

Interested persons are invited to make an oral presentation at the hearing. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department prior to or at the time of the hearing by sending the written comments to Scott Shields at [e-mail]

Written comments may be submitted to Scott Shields. Written comments must be submitted no later than April 5, 2024, and will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
