Upcoming Public Hearing on Scope Statement SS 009-24 The Department of Revenue is holding a virtual public hearing on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 10:00 am. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on the scope statement to promulgate rules regarding alcohol beverage regulation pursuant to 2023 Wisconsin Act 73. Interested persons are invited to make an oral presentation at the hearing. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department prior to or at the time of the hearing by sending the written comments to Ann DeGarmo at Ann.DeGarmo@wisconsin.gov. If you are not attending, you may submit written comments about the scope statement by February 23 at 11:59PM.
