Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of a Proposed Rule

The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of a proposed rule affecting DCF 55, relating to tribal subsidized guardianship. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rule as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
A copy of the proposed rule is available on the department’s website at https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/adminrules.
