SUBJECT: Withdrawal of Scope Statement SS 033-23 The Department of Revenue is withdrawing scope statement SS 033-23 which was published in register 809A4, on May 22, 2023. The scope concerns Chapters Tax 7 and 8 relating to contract production agreements for fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquor manufacturing. This scope is being withdrawn due to the passage and enactment of 2023 Wisconsin Act 73 which legalizes production agreements by state law.
