Notice of Preliminary Public Hearing and Comment Period on Statement of Scope
The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) announces that it will hold a public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 073-23, a statement of scope indicating the OCI’s intent to engage in emergency and permanent rulemaking to revise s. Ins 4.10, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the Wisconsin Insurance Plan (“WIP”). In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the OCI will hold a public a public hearing and receive public comments regarding the proposed rulemaking as described in SS 073-23, as follows, at the time and place shown below.
