On December 6, 2022 the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter DE 11, relating to Pre-Certification Sedation Education.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 023-22, was approved by the Governor on March 8, 2022, published in Register No. 795B, on March 28, 2022, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on April 13, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 4, 2023.
