On October 14, 2022, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects ss. 51.01 (21) and 51.80, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to compulsory surplus requirements. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 160-20, was approved by the Governor on December 11, 2020, published in Register No. 780A3 on December 21, 2020, and approved by the Commissioner on January 13, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
