Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On May 31, 2022, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rule affect Chapters Trans 1-515, relating to inclusive language in administrative rules.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 018-22, was approved by the Governor on February 24, 2022, published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 795A1, on March 7, 2022, and approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on January 14, 2022.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
