Rule Information
Revisions to ch. NR 162, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the Clean Water Fund Program, bring the code in line with statutory changes that occurred after the current version became effective, clarify eligibility criteria, streamline processes, revise the scoring system, and update implementation issues since the rule was last revised.
