Notice of Submittal of Rule to Legislature



On February 18, 2022, the Department of Health Services (DHS) submitted CR 21-087, a proposed rule in final draft form, to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.



This rule was approved by the governor on February 10, 2022.
