Notice of Rulemaking Without Public Hearing

Under s. 227.16 (2) (e), Stats.

The Department of Workforce Development will adopt the attached rule to create ch. DWD 226, relating to bone marrow donation leave and organ donation leave without public hearing under the procedure set forth in s. 227.16 (2) (e), Stats., unless the Agency Contact Person who is listed below receives a petition within 30 days after publication of this notice that is signed by any of the following:

- Twenty-five natural persons who will be affected by the rule.

- A municipality that will be affected by the rule.

- An association that is representative of a farm, labor, business, or professional group that will be affected by the rule.
