On November 2, 2021, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect s. Ins 6.785, relating to commercial lines modernization. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 056-20, was approved by the Governor on May 7, 2020, published in Register No. 774A1, on June 1, 2020, and approved by the Commissioner on February 9, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on December 7, 2021.
