Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 14, 2021, the Psychology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters Psy 1, 2, and 4, relating to legislative update. A related emergency rule, Psy 1, 2 and 4 relating to legislative update, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been submitted to the Governor on October 1, 2021.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 060-21, was approved by the Governor on May 13, 2021, published in Register No. 786A4, on June 21, 2021, and approved by Psychology Examining Board on July 2, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 17, 2021.
