RULE TEXT
SECTION 1. PI 17.03 (2) (e) is created to read:
PI 17.03 (2) (e) Online classes offered by a school district to pupils in grades 9 through 12 residing in the school district or attending the school district under s. 118.51, Stats., if taught by a teacher licensed by the department or authorized to teach under s. 118.19 (1b) or (1c), Stats.
  SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE:
The proposed rules contained in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month commencing after the date of publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register, as provided in s. 227.22 (2) (intro.), Stats.
