NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to ss. 1.11(2)(d), Wis. Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider an environmental assessment for Clearinghouse Rule CR 13-102 (https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/chr/all/cr_13_102) pursuant to a March 16, 2021, Wisconsin Supreme Court decision in Applegate-Bader Farm, LLC v Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

Appearances at the Hearing and Submittal of Written Comments
Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and may make an oral presentation. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department at the hearing. Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks and maintain six-feet social distancing.
The environmental assessment is available for review in the July 26, 2021 Wisconsin Administrative Register located at: https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/register/2021.
Provide written comments to the contact person listed below no later than August 11, 2021. Written comments will be given the same consideration as information presented at the hearing.
