INITIAL REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS |
The proposed rule is not anticipated to have an economic impact. The proposed rule will temporarily suspend Medicaid eligibility requirements in DHS 102, 103 and 109 during the federal public health emergency declared due to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to qualify for enhanced federal funding under s. 6008 of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, Pub. L. No. 116-127. |
