The scope statement for this rule, SS 114-20, was approved by the Governor on August 13, 2020, published in Register No. 776A4 on August 24, 2020, and approved by the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board on January 26, 2021. A public hearing is required and will be held on July 20, 2021.
