Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On June 15, 2021, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters PSC 135, relating to the adoption of federal pipeline safety regulations. Statement of Scope
