Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On April 12, 2021, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 20, relating to guide licenses and reporting requirements.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 110-20, was approved by the Governor on August 11, 2020, published in Register No.776A3 on August 17, 2020, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 28, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined in May 2021.
