Re:   Chapter Tax 14

  The Statement of Scope to amend Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter Tax 14, relating to homestead credit definitions, was approved on July 31, 2020. The Statement of Scope for this rule, SS 100-20, was published in Register No. 776A1, on August 3, 2020.

  The Department of Revenue will not be taking further action on SS 100-20 and hereby withdraws this Statement of Scope since the proposed changes were made in 2021 Wisconsin Act 1.
