On March 10, 2021, the Medical Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 008-19, was approved by the Governor on January 3, 2019, published in Register No. 757A3 on January 14, 2019, and approved by the Medical Examining Board on March 20, 2019.

A public hearing is required and will be held on April 21, 2021.
