Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 8, 2021, the Radiography Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule creates Chapter RAD 7, relating to requirements for license and permit renewal and reinstatement. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 021-19, was approved by the Governor on February 22, 2019, published in Register No. 759A1 on March 4, 2019, and approved by the Radiography Examining Board on July 29, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on March 10, 2021.
