On October 8, 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 088-18, was approved by Governor Walker on July 27, 2018, published in Administrative Register 2018 752A1, on August 6, 2018. The statement of scope was approved by DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on August 21, 2018. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
