Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 2, 2020, the Funeral Directors Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters FD 1 and 4, relating to education requirements for licensure and continuing education requirements for funeral directors and funeral director apprentices. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 074-20, was approved by the Governor on May 29, 2020, published in Register No. 774A3, on June 15, 2020, and approved by Funeral Directors Examining Board on June 29, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
