Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On August 27, 2020, the Cemetery Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CB 1, relating to applications for cemetery preneed seller and cemetery salesperson credentials.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 063-20, was approved by the Governor on June 4, 2020, published in Register No. 774A2, on June 8, 2020, and approved by the Cemetery Board on June 25, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 3, 2020.
