Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 14, 2020, the Cosmetology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters Cos 1 to 11, relating to licensure and practice outside of a licensed establishment.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 022-18, was approved by the Governor on February 14, 2018, published in Register No. 747A1, on March 5, 2018, and approved by Cosmetology Examining Board on March 15, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 17, 2020 at 9AM.
