On March 10, 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 037-19, was approved by Governor Evers on March 22, 2019, published in Register 2019 760A1, on April 1, 2019, and approved by DHS Secretary-designee, Andrea Palm, on June 5, 2019. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
