On May 31, 2019, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter A-E 4, relating to professional engineer registration.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 008-18, was approved by the Governor on February 7, 2018, published in Register No. 746A2, on February 12, 2018, and approved by the Chair of the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors on February 23, 2018.
