Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 31, 2019, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats.
The proposed rule affects Chapter Trans 309, relating to ambulance inspection.
Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for rule SS 110-13 was approved by the Governor on August 12, 2013, and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 693A on September 14, 2013. The proposed order amending permanent rule was approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on May 29, 2019.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
