The statement of scope for this rule, SS 073-88, was approved by the Governor on June 27, 2018; published in Register No. 751A1 on July 2, 2018; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on July 20, 2018. Analysis
The proposed rules affect DCF 152, relating to the administrative enforcement of interest on child support.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on June 12, 2019. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Family and Economic Support.
