Notice of Preliminary Hearing on Statement of Scope

The Real Estate Examining Board announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 007-19 for ch. REEB 25 relating to obsolete references to rental unit energy efficiency standard in curriculum. The type of the proposed rule is Permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Real Estate Examining Board is seeking public comment and feedback on Statement of Scope 007-19, at the time and place shown below.
