The Department of Natural Resources announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on a Statement of Scope to revise ch. NR 422, relating to the implementation of reasonably available control technology for volatile organic compound emissions from miscellaneous metal and plastic parts coatings and miscellaneous industrial adhesives, at the time and place shown below.
