NOTICE OF HEARING
The Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Hearings and Appeals (“Division”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on changes to Wis. Admin. Code ch. HA 4 concerning the rules of procedure for adjudication of worker’s compensation and related claims at the time and place set out below.

The Division invites the public to attend the hearing and to comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018, for additional written public comments. Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis:
The proposed rule will not have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114 (1).
