NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON EMERGENCY RULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority granted under ss. 165.957 and 227.11(2)(a), Stats., the Department of Justice (DOJ) will hold a public hearing on an emergency rule, promulgated on February 6, 2018, creating s. Jus 19, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the standards and procedures for the frequent sobriety testing pilot program.

DOJ will hold the public hearing at the time and place noted below.

DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION ECONOMIC IMPACT REPORT
An economic impact report by the Department of Administration under s. 227.137(5), Stats., is not required because this is an emergency rule and because it is not reasonably expected to impose implementation or compliance costs of $20,000,000 or more on businesses, local governmental units, or individuals.
INITIAL REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS
The emergency rule does not impose any financial or compliance burdens that will have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114(1), Stats., or a significant economic impact.
