NOTICE OF HEARING
Emergency Rule Relating to Grain Dealers, Grain Warehouse Keepers, Milk Contractors, and Vegetable Contractors in Regard to Agricultural Producer Security Fund Assessments
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on an emergency rule relating to grain dealers, grain warehouse keepers, milk contractors, and vegetable contractors in regard to agricultural producer security fund assessments. The emergency rule will amend ss. ATCP 99.126(2), ATCP 100.135, and ATCP 101.245: and it will repeal and recreate s. ATCP 99.126(3).
The Department will hold one public hearing.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the emergency rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until March 16, 2018 for additional written public comments.
