Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The proposed rule will affect small businesses as defined in s. 227.114 (1), Stats., but the effect will be minimal. The proposed rules incorporate statutory changes and minor updates and provide needed clarification of the requirements in the rules.
2015 Wisconsin Act 379 increases the hours of required training for prospective adoptive parents, which may increase costs for adoption agencies.
