On December 5, 2017, the Physical Therapy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules revise Chapters PT 2 and 9, relating to examinations and continuing education.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 027-17, was approved by the Governor on March 9, 2017, published in Register No. 735A2 on March 13, 2017, and approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Board on May 2, 2017.

A public hearing is required and will be scheduled.
