Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 4, 2017, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter Trans 10, relating to administrative policies and procedures for the transit safety oversight program for rail fixed guideway transportation systems in the state.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 090-16, was approved by the Governor on October 4, 2016 published in Register No. 730A2, on October 10, 2016, and approved the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Mark Gottlieb, P.E. as required by s. 227.135(2), Wis. Stats., on November 1, 2016.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
