SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENT

Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) encourages the public to comment on the economic impact of this proposed rule relating to Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids (Repealing and Recreating Ch. ATCP 93, Wis. Admin. Code), including how this rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. The comments will be considered when the Department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137.
