Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 29, 2017, the Cemetery Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters CB 1 to 5, relating to mausoleums and burial records.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 061-16, was approved by the Governor on July 8, 2016, published in Register No. 727A3, on July 18, 2016, and approved by the Cemetery Board on April 21, 2016.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 9, 2017.
This proposed rule brings an existing rule into conformity with a statute that has been changed or enacted or with a controlling judicial decision.
