TEXT OF RULE
Section 1. DE 5.02 (12) is repealed.
Section 2. DE 5.02 (13) is amended to read:
DE 5.02 (13) Refusing to render services to a person because of race, color, sex gender, or religion.
Section 3. DE 5.02 (14m) is created to read:
DE 5.02 (14m) Surrendering, while under investigation, a license, certificate, permit or registration granted by another state to practice as a dentist or dental hygienist.
Section 4. DE 5.02 (27) is created to read:
DE 5.02 (27) Engaging in irregularities in billing a 3rd party for services rendered to a patient.
Section 5. DE 5.03 is repealed.
Section 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. The rules adopted in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month following publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register, pursuant to s. 227.22 (2) (intro.), Stats. (END OF TEXT OF RULE)
