Notice of Submittal of Rule to Legislature



On May 23, 2017, the Department of Public Instruction (PI) submitted CR 17-025, a proposed rule in final draft form, to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.



Pursuant to Coyne v. Walker, the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor’s approval for the statement of scope for this rule. Coyne v. Walker, 2016 WI 38.
