PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE
COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (Department) announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: LOCAL AGENTS AND REGULATION
ADM. CODE REFERENCE: ATCP 74
DATCP DOCKET #: 15-R-19
A public hearing on this rule is scheduled for January 17, 2017, in Madison, and January 18, 2017, in Stevens Point. This rule creates ch. ATCP 74. The scope statement for SS 132-15 (ch. ATCP 74) was approved by the Governor on December 2, 2015. The scope statement was published in Register under DHS on December 7, 2015. It was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on December 16, 2015.
