NOTICE OF CORRECTION OF EMERGENCY RULE EXPIRATION DATE

Controlled Substances Board Rule EmR1626

The expiration date for this rule was incorrectly stated as February 26, 2017 in the original publication of the rule in Register 730A, published September 26, 2016. The correct expiration date is September 7, 2017.

This rule was adopted under s. 961.11 (4m), which provides that "the scheduling of a controlled substance analog under this subsection expires one year after the adoption of the scheduling rule." The rule was adopted by the Controlled Substances Board on September 7, 2016.
