SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENT

Soil and Water Resource Management

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) encourages the public to comment on the economic impact of this proposed rule relating to Soil and Water Resource Management (Amending Ch. ATCP 50 Wis. Admin. Code), including how this rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. The comments will be considered when the Department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137.
