NOTICE OF HEARING
Emergency Rule Relating to Producer Led Watershed Protection Grants
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold public hearings on a proposed emergency rule relating to Producer Led Watershed Protection Grants which allow producers to lead the implementation of nonpoint source abatement activities to improve water quality in their respective watersheds.
The Department will hold one public hearing at the time and location shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearings and comment on the proposed emergency rule. Following the public hearings, the hearing record will remain open until April 6, 2016, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Division of Agricultural Resource Management at the address below, or to Rachel.Rushmann@wisconsin.gov.
