Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 24, 2016, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters Phar 2 and 4, relating to application and examination.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 089-14, was approved by the Governor on July 11, 2014, published in Register No. 705A, on September 14, 2014, and approved by Pharmacy Examining Board on September 24, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 24, 2016
