legislative council rules clearinghouse
On September 28, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted proposed rule AM-15-14 to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters NR 172, 400, 404, 405, 420, 425, 439, 484, and 494, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to consistency with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency air pollution control regulations and the repeal of obsolete rules, and affecting small business.
Statement of Scope
Statement of scope number SS127-14 for this rule was approved by the Governor on December 01, 2014, published in Register No. 708B on December 31, 2014, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on January 28, 2015.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required, and will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Room 713 of the Natural Resources State Office Building at 101 South Webster Street in Madison, Wisconsin.
